UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Seat Allotment List of Round 1 Published Download Letters Before Nov 29
The result of the first round of the UP NEET PG 2025 seat allotment has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME). Students can visit the official website to view their allocation result. Those who have been allotted a seat will be required to report to the college with the mandatory documents and then complete the admission process from 1 December to 5 December 2025.

Seat Allotment Details of NEET PG 2025
The results for the first round of NEET PG 2025 counselling have been released, covering medical postgraduate programs in both government and private medical colleges across Uttar Pradesh. The most highly demanded specialisations allotted in this round were MD Radio-diagnosis, MD Medicine, and MS General Surgery.
Top institutions offering these seats include King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, and Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow, alongside other medical colleges throughout the state. It should be kept in mind that candidates must download their allotment letter by November 29, 2025. Subsequently, they are required to report to their allotted college with all necessary documents between December 1 and December 5, 2025.

- Candidate Identity Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport)

How to Check UP NEET PG 2025 Seat Allotment Result
Step 1- Visit website: Students who have qualified for NEET PG 2025 must go to the UP NEET PG site at https://upneet.gov.in/.
Step 2- Open result link: On the homepage, click on the tab with name “Allotted Candidate Link”.
Step 3- Select the Respective Subject: After clicking on the page, click on your choice of subject, like medical and dental courses.
Step 4: Clicking on it will result in the display of an institute-wise list on the page, and then select the particular institute.
Step 5- College Reporting: Visit the allotted college list and take the fees, original documents and photocopies for completion and verification of admission formalities from 1 - 5 December 2025.
