The XAT result 2026 can be declared any day between January 15, 2026, and January 25, 2026, with January 16, 2026, the most promising tentative date. XAT 2026 Result Validity

The XAT 2026 scorecard will be valid for one year from the date of result declaration. What’s Next after the Result of the XAT 2026?

After the results of the XAT 2026 are out, candidates must analyze their scores against the cut-offs released by their target business schools. If the candidate is shortlisted, he/she will have to appear for the WAT, GD, and PI rounds. The scores obtained in each of these rounds will be added cumulatively, and a final score, including the XAT 2026 score, will be prepared by the colleges. XAT 2026 Marking Scheme

The XAT 2026 marking scheme has been released by the officials. Each question carries 1 mark, and each correct response will award 1 mark to the candidate. For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Candidates can leave up to 8 questions unattempted, after which every unanswered question will result in -0.10 negative marks. To allow the candidates to answer every question freely without stressing, Part 2 of the exam will not have negative marking.
