CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Answer Key Released: Objection Window Open till 1 January at csirnet.nta.nic.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR NET answer key for the December 2025 exam on 30 December. A total of 2,12,552 candidates appeared for the CSIR NET exam held on 18 December 2025. With the help of the answer key, candidates can check their answers and estimate their scores. The provisional answer key can be downloaded in PDF format from the official website. 

Candidates can check their answers using the provisional answer key. If they find any mistakes, they can raise an objection online by logging in with their registration details. The last date to submit objections is 1 January 2026 till 11 PM. 

As per the notice, candidates must pay a processing fee for every question they challenge. This fee is not refundable and has to be paid online while submitting the objection. After the objection window closes, CSIR will review all the objections sent by the candidates.

Each objection must include proper academic proof or explanation. If a challenge is submitted without valid supporting documents, it may not be accepted by the experts. Once the objection window closes, NTA will check all the objections and then release the final answer key.

To check the CSIR NET answer key, candidates can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official CSIR NET website at csirnet.nta.nic.in 

Step 2: Check the “Latest News” section on the homepage.

Step 3: Click the link to see the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 answer key.

Step 4: The answer key will open in PDF format. 

Step 5: Download the PDF and check your answers.

CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Answer Key: Steps to Raise Objections

Students who want to challenge the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 answer key can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the NTA website and click “Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key.”

Step 2: Log in with your Application Number, password and Security Pin.

Step 3: Click “View Question Paper” and select “Challenge” for any answers you want to challenge.

Step 4: Upload your supporting documents as one PDF file.

Step 5: Submit and check your claims.

Step 6: Make changes using “Modify your Claims” or click “Final Submit” to finish.

Step 7: Click “Pay Now” to save your claims.

After the final answer key is out, CSIR will prepare the results. Then the scorecards will be released. After that, the cutoff marks and JRF and Assistant Professor eligibility details will be announced.
