IIM Mumbai Admissions 2026: Applications begin for General Management Programme for Mid-Level Managers
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai is inviting applications for its Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Leadership for Manufacturing. This program, specially made for the mid-career professionals, intends to equip the participants with management skills by showing the link between operational activities and organisational strategies for rapid and sustainable growth.
The program under the leadership of Prof. Ravindra Gokhale will be conducted in an offline mode at the IIM Mumbai campus and will feature five days of face-to-face learning. It warmly welcomes professionals from any industry with 4 to 10 years of experience who are willing to develop leadership skills and become to take on more challenging roles. The number of seats is limited to 35, and the last date for submitting the application is 29 November 2025. The class will start in mid-April 2026, and the program's fee is INR 16,32,000.
About the GMP Programme
The program follows an experiential teaching approach and thus, all the comprehensions are geared towards practical work and are interesting. Various methods like interactive lectures, case discussions, group tasks, role-playing sessions, and management simulations are used to deliver the teaching. The participative design of the program enables learners to apply the theory they have learned, improve their decision-making skills and gain a deeper understanding of organisational dynamics.

Shortlisting will be done for the next selection rounds only for those candidates who fulfil the required qualifications. As a part of its emphasis on lifelong professional development, the institute has introduced a Blended Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA–BPGP) as well. This 2-year programme provides an opportunity for skill upgrading and leadership development to the working professionals who may not want to take a break from their careers and prefer to combine class learning with practical workplace application.
