AIBE 20 Exam 2025: BCI Issues Important Guidelines for November 30 Test
All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20 for 2025 is scheduled for November 30, 2025. The Bar Council of India (BCI), which conducts the exam, has published essential guidelines for the whole candidates. Participants should understand that almost everything will be prohibited in the examination hall, such as items and even notes, but Bare Acts will be allowed. Bare Acts mean the first editions of the statutes, which have the exact legal provisions without any explanation or commentary.

AIBE 20 Exam 2025: Reporting and Entry Guidelines
The necessary guidelines for the examination are as follows:
- By 11:30 AM, candidates should be present at the exam center.
- After 1:15 PM, closure of the entry will be done strictly, and there will be no permission for entry at the venue.
- Admit card and identification documents, apart from which, only Bare Acts will be permitted.
- The use of mobile phones, smart or digital watches, calculators, bags, notes, books, and any other electronic gadgets are totally banned in the examination hall.
- Only blue or black ink ballpoint pens should be used by the candidates.
- Writing with a pencil may lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
AIBE 20 Exam 2025: Special Arrangements for Candidates with Disabilities
Disabled candidates with a disability percentage of over 40 will be given an additional 20 minutes time to write their exam. If any candidate requires a scribe, they should get one from their side, and as per the instructions published by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, it will be valid after September 1, 2025.
AIBE 20 Exam 2025: Qualifying Marks
The minimum qualifying marks for AIBE 20 are 45 percent for candidates belonging to the General and OBC groups and 40 percent for SC, ST, and handicapped candidates. It is also noteworthy that they should be well aware of the official guidelines of the examination for the smooth conduct of the examination process.
