CTET 2026 Correction Window: Edit Application Form Before Dec 26 Deadline

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the correction windows for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) application form for February 2026. Candidates who are appearing for the CTET entrance exam can make corrections in the application forms till the last date, which is 26 December 2025, and can find the correction windows link on the official website of CBSE CTET. 

Candidates are only allowed to make changes to the particulars like name, father's and mother's names, date of birth, category, differently abled category, paper opted for, subject for Paper II, language I and/or II opted for, address of correspondence and the name of the institution/college/university from where he/she has obtained his/her B.Ed. degree/diploma in elementary education, etc. Further information about the CTET correction windows is provided in the upcoming sections. 

How to make corrections in the CTET 2026 Application Forms

Candidates who have registered themselves for the CTET Entrance can follow the instructions below to make corrections in the CTET Application forms:

Step 1: Access the official website of CBSE CTET, which is ctet.nic.in/. 

Step 2: In the latest news section, candidates will see the CTET Correction window link. 

Step 3: Click on that link and a new page will open. Candidates need to complete the login by entering all the details. 

Step 4: After completing the login process, the application forms will be displayed on the screen. 

Step 5: Make all the necessary corrections and changes. 

Step 6: Submit the application forms and download the confirmation page. 

Step 7: Download the hard copy of the application forms for future use. 

CTET Entrance Exam Application Forms Date

The online application for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) started on 27th November 2025 and the last date for filling out the application forms was 18th December 2025. In the duration of the 22 days, around 2,530,436 have completed the application forms. The CTET Exam date is 8th February 2025 which will be conducted in two shifts, which are morning and evening.
