CTET Exam 2025 Cutoff

The CTET 2025 exam does not have a tradition of a cutoff list like other competitive exams. Instead, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) sets fixed qualifying marks that candidates must achieve to be considered as having passed. These qualifying marks are based on category. The Cutoff for CTET has been constant over the last years. For the General category, the minimum qualifying score is 60%, while for OBC, SC, ST, and PwD categories, it is 55%. These marks apply to both Paper I and Paper II. Since CTET is a qualifying exam, meeting these marks is enough to receive the eligibility certificate.
