ATMA Application Form 2025: Last Date, Fee, How to Apply

The application process for AIMS Test For Management Admissions (ATMA) 2025 was initiated by AIMS on 2 June 2025, and it will remain open till 15 July 2025. Candidates were able to submit their applications online via the official website https://atmaaims.com/index.php. The process included registration, requiring details such as mobile number, date of birth, and email ID. After the completion of the registration process, candidates have to upload the necessary documents like educational certificates, a signature, and photographs, followed by a fee payment section. The fee for the application was in the range from INR 1000 to INR 2000, based on the candidate's category. The application window will not be extended, so the candidates were advised to fill out the application carefully and within the deadline. 

ATMA 2025 Application Form

AIMS launched the ATMA 2025 application form online, enabling candidates to apply for the exam via the official website here https://atmaaims.com/index.php. The registration process for the exam began on 2 June 2025, with a form completion deadline of 15 July 2025. The deadline for it will not be extended, so the candidates are required to fill out the form carefully.

Applicants were required to fill out the form by providing their mobile number, date of birth, email ID, and password. They also had to upload a passport-size photograph and signature, following the prescribed format mentioned in the notification. Additionally, candidates needed to select their preferred exam city and complete the payment of the application fee, which ranged from INR 1000 to INR 2000, through online payment options like net banking, credit card, UPI, or debit card. 

Once candidates have successfully submitted their application forms, they are advised to download the confirmation page for future reference. The ATMA 2025 exam was conducted on 27 July 2025, with admit cards issued on 23 July 2025. Those candidate who will complete the application process within the specified deadline will be eligible to receive their admit cards. The entire application procedure will be carried out in online mode.

ATMA Application Fee

The application fee for ATMA 2025 ranged from INR 1000 to INR 2000. Candidates were required to pay the mentioned fee after completing the application form, and the payment could be made online via net banking, UPI, debit card, or credit card on the official AIMS portal. The application form would only be considered complete once the required fee was successfully submitted.

How to fill the ATMA Application Form

Step 1: Visit the official website of ATMA 2025 https://atmaaims.com/index.php and click on the Apply link.

Step 2: Click on the Register tab and enter details like the name of the candidate, email ID, mobile number, and password.

Step 3: After completing registration, complete the application form by filling in personal details, educational details, and preferred exam city details.

Step 4: Upload scanned documents like a passport-size photograph, the student's educational certificates, and the category certificate (if applicable). 

Step 5: Pay the application fees for the exam on the official portal. 

Step 6: Submit the completed application form and take out a print of the completed form for future reference.

ATMA 2025 Correction Window

For ATMA 2025, AIMS did not permit applicants to make modifications to their application forms once they had completely submitted them, so candidates are required to fill out the application carefully. If the candidates have submitted the form with incorrect information, they have to register to do a new registration and fill the form again.
