CSIR UGC NET Application Form 2025: June (27) Apply Online, Exam Dates, Correction Window & Eligibility

The application process for the CSIR UGC NET 2025 June session started on 3 June 2025 and lasted till 23 June 2025, which is the last date to submit the online application form. Candidates must complete the application fee payment by 24 June 2025, and if any modifications are needed, the application correction window will be open on 25 and 26 June 2025. The CSIR UGC NET exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 26, 27, and 28, 2025, across various centres in India. 

The application fee for the exam varies according to the category of the candidate, and it is in the range of INR 325 to INR 1150. Candidates should visit the NTA website csirnet.nta.ac.in on completion of the application process and ensure that registrations are created with a valid email ID and mobile number. Candidates will have to log in again and provide personal information, academic details and contact information. Candidates will also have to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature, select a subject and exam centre, and pay the application fee online utilising UPI, net banking or debit/credit card. After successfully submitting the form, it is essential to download and keep a copy of the confirmation page for future use.

How to fill out the CSIR UGC NET Application Form 2025?

Applicants can follow the below mentioned steps to fill out the CSIR UGC NET application form. 

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of NTA csirnet.nta.ac.in and start your registration by clicking on “New Registration” for CSIR UGC NET June 2025.

Step 2: Register and create an Account by entering your name, date of birth, email, and mobile number. Create a password and complete the OTP verification to receive your registration number.

Step 3: Log in and fill out the application Form by using the registration number and password. Fill in all required personal, educational, and contact details, and select your subject and test city preferences.

Step 4: Upload required documents like a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and any necessary category or PwD certificates as per the specified format and size.

Step 5: Review and submit the Application by clicking on “Final Submit” to confirm your application. No changes can be made after this step.

Step 6: Pay the application fee online by using available payment methods like debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

Step 7: After payment, download and print the confirmation page for your records. Keep it safe for future reference.
