KRCE BTech Admission 2025

Admissions for the KRCE Bachelor of Technology course are considered based on the entrance exam scores of TNEA. The counseling rounds for admission to the B.Tech degree courses at K Ramakrishnan College of Engineering are August 2025 (Tentative).

The application fee for the TNEA entrance examination is INR 500 for the general and OBC category students. Whereas, for the SC, ST and SCA candidates, the application fee is INR 250.

The Bachelor of Technology course at the K Ramakrishnan College of Engineering is a 4-year-long course with an estimated total tuition fee of INR 2 Lakhs.

KRCE BTech Eligibility

KRCE offers a 4-year BTech program in various specialisations such as Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. BTech selection criteria at KRCE involve a merit basis and the TNEA counselling process. The eligibility criteria for the BTech program at KRCE are based on Class 12 marks from a recognised board.

The TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) is a state-level entrance examination for admission in the B.Tech course at government and non-government colleges or universities in Tamil Nadu.

Step 4: After the registration, students are required to log in with the credentials and fill the application form as per their choice of course.

Step 5: Check the application form and pay the application fee for the entrance application fee.

Step 6: Candidates must appear for the entrance examination to be considered for the selection procedure for the B.Tech degree course.

Step 7: Once the results of the TNEA entrance examinations are out, students will receive an email regarding their rank and other details. 

Students will receive the admission counseling confirmation mail from the official email of TNEA or the college.

Step 8: After the counseling round, students are required to pay the minimum fee as applicable to the choice of the course to secure admission at KRCE.
