JSSATEN BTech admissions for the 2025 -26 session, candidates need to submit the counselling registration form through the UPTAC before the last date of 15 July 2025. The applicants are selected based on merit and entrance exam scores for admission to JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida.

For the BTech program, applicants should appear for the CUET UG or JEE Main examination. Students can also register for the counselling as per the marks obtained in their 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from the recognised board. The registration fee for the UPTAC counselling is INR 1,000.

JSSATEN BTech Eligibility

For the BTech admission at the JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, candidates are required to hold a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the major subjects. JSSATEN also offers 3-year BTech lateral entry, which requires a minimum of 45% (40% for the reserve categories) marks in a diploma.

Moreover, applicants can also secure their seats in the BTech degree course through the management quota, which requires a minimum passing grade or marks of 60% in Physics and Mathematics as core subjects, along with Chemistry as an optional subject.

JSSATEN BTech Entrance Exam

For the BTech course, the applicants are required to pass the JEE Main or CUET UG examination, as the selection is considered based on the JEE Main rank or the CUET UG scores.

For the Lateral Entry, the students are selected according to the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow counselling based on the CUET UG result.

Additionally, students are required to register with the UPTAC counselling after passing the entrance examination for the further admission procedure.

How to Apply for BTech Admission at JSSATEN?

Candidates applying for the Bachelor of Technology program at JSS Noida must submit their application for counselling through the UPTAC (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling) portal. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of the JSSATEN to check the BTech course majors and the eligibility criteria as per the level of the entry requirements.

Step 2: Now, open the UPTAC official portal and check the information required for the counselling registration.

Step 3: Select the registration options available under the candidate activity board section.

Step 4: Register at the portal as per the eligibility conditions.

Step 5: Open the admission form with the login details and start filling out the application form and submit all the required documents as applicable.

Step 6: Recheck the information and pay the application fee for the UPTAC Counselling.

After the counselling round conducted by Dr. APJ AKTU, the seats will be allotted through UPTAC. Then, students are required to carry the original document while reporting to the JSSATEN for final selection.
