NEET PG Application Form 2025: Correction Window & How to Apply @nbe.edu.in


The NBE released the NEET PG application form 2025 online on 17 April 2025, with the deadline for submission set for 7 May 2025. According to the revised schedule, the registration window will reopen from 13 June to 17 June 2025, allowing candidates to select their preferred exam cities.

The NEET PG examination is a national-level entrance test which is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. It is considered the single eligibility-cum-entrance examination for admission to various PG medical programs such as MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB courses in medical colleges in India. 

To qualify for the examination, students need to have a recognized MBBS degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Applicants need to verify their eligibility before submitting their forms within the given timeframe. The application fee for the examination is INR 3,500 for general category students, whereas INR 2,500 for students belonging to the SC/ST/PWD category.

    NEET PG Application Form 2025

    The NEET PG Exam for the 2025-26 session will be conducted on 03 August 2025 in a single shift. As per the new schedule, the registration window will again reopen from 13 June to 17 June for the selection of preferred exam cities. The city allotment slip will be issued on 21 July 2025 on the official website. The admit card for the 2025-26 session will be released on 31 July 2025, with the results expected to be declared by 03 September 2025. 

    Applicants can easily access the new registration form by visiting the official website. For filling out the application form, candidates need to submit the required documents and fill in their personal and academic details, and then pay the application fees. The application fee is set at INR 3,500 for general category students and INR 2,500 for SC/ST/PWD candidates

    NEET PG Application Fee 2025

    Students belonging to the General/OBC/EWS category need to make a payment of INR 3,500 as an application fee, whereas the candidates from SC/ST/PWD classes must pay the amount of INR 2,500. Applicants need to pay the application fees instantly after filling out the form between 13th June to 17th June 2025.

    Students can pay the application fees through various payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. The amount is non-refundable, which means, once the student has made a payment then the money can’t be refunded to them if they wish to cancel the application.

    How to fill out the NEET PG Application Form 2025 

    To fill out the application form for the NEET PG Exam, students need to follow these steps:

    Step 1: To fill out the application forms, students need to visit the official website.

    Step 2: Once the students find the application form, they need to fill out their personal and academic details in the required fields.

    Step 3: After filling out the details, students need to upload all the required documents such as a photograph, a signature, an MBBS certificate, and a category certificate (if applicable).

    Step 4: Students need to complete the application process by making the online payment of the application fees through online banking, UPI, or a credit/debit card.

    Step 5: After completing the process, students need to take a screenshot of the payment receipt and download the admission confirmation page.

    During the application process, students must submit the required documents for verification. The list of these documents is given below:

    • Left-Hand Thumb Impression
    • MBBS Degree Certificate
    • Internship Completion Certificate
    • Valid Government-Issued ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)

    NEET PG 2025 Application Correction Window

    The previous application correction window for the NEET PG examination was made available from 9 May to 13 May 2025. However, as per the revised schedule, the new correction window will be released from 20 June to 22 June 2025. The NEET PG 2025 provides an application correction window for students to edit any errors made while filling out the application form. Applicants who wish to make changes in their application form can edit their details, such as personal information, academic records, and uploaded documents. 

    However, some of the fields, like name, nationality, mobile number, email ID, and test city, cannot be modified by the students since the authority does not allow them to edit this information. This is the best opportunity for the students to ensure their details are accurate before the conduct of the examination on August 3, 2025.
