The AIIMS PHD exam application form will be released soon, as no notifications have been released by the AIIMS Delhi. The AIIMS PhD entrance exam is scheduled on 5th July 2025, and the result will be announced by 10th July 2025. However, the application details, including the release date, are not yet available. AIIMS PhD is a three-stage exam for candidates who are seeking admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Stage I is the Aptitude test, and Stage II is the subject-specific test. Along with this, the third stage of the AIIMS PhD entrance exam is a departmental clinical/practical/lab-based assessment. The entrance exam is conducted in two stages, followed by a departmental assessment.

How to fill out the AIIMS PhD Application Form 2025

The online registration for the AIIMS PhD exam is yet to be opened, but given below are the steps through which candidates can apply online for the exam:

• Step 1: Visit the official website: www.aiimsexams.ac.in.
• Step 2: Click on ‘Academic Courses’ and select ‘PhD.’ After this, click on ‘New Registration’ and candidates must fill in their basic details to create their login credentials. 
• Step 3: Candidates must use their login ID and password to log in and fill in their application form.
• Step 4: Candidates must upload their passport-size photo, signature, and all the required certificates in the prescribed format.
• Step 5: Pay the fee online using a debit card, credit card, or netbanking.
• Step 6: Candidates must review all the details in the application form and submit the form.
• Step 7: Once the candidates receive the confirmation, take a printout of the confirmation page for future use.

AIIMS PhD 2025 Application Correction Window

The AIIMS PhD 2025 application correction window is yet to be opened, but given below are steps for candidates to understand how to make corrections in their application:

• Step 1: Visit the official website: www.aiimsexams.ac.in.

• Step 2: Once the correction window opens, candidates can click on the relevant PhD application correction link.

• Step 3: Candidates must enter their credentials, such as the registration ID and password.
• Step 4: Click on the correction link and make corrections that are allowed, such as personal information, category, exam centre, photos, and educational qualification.
• Step 5: Click ‘Preview’ and check the application form once again, and then click ‘Submit.’
• Step 6: Pay additional fees if you change category, such as SC/ST/ OBC/ EWS or PwBD. 
• Step 7: Once the corrected application form is submitted again, candidates must download and print the corrected application form for future use.
