OUAT PG Application Form 2025 (OUT): Check Eligibility, Dates & Apply Now

The OUAT PG application form 2025 has began on 5 May 2025 and will conclude on 25 May 2025, with the entrance examination scheduled to be conducted on 18 June 2025. Except for the Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc), its application process will start late on 15 September 2025, and students will have until 3 October 2025 to submit their applications. The examination for the M.V.Sc program is set to be held on November 12, 2025.

Interested candidates can fill out the OUAT PG application form on the official website of OUAT. Students must enter the required details and upload the necessary documents to log in to the website. After filling out the form, students need to pay the application fee of INR 2000 to complete the application process.

OUAT PG Application Form 2025 

The OUAT PG application form 2025 was released online on 5 May 2025 on the official website of OUAT. Students needed to enter the required details, upload the documents, and submit the application form before 25 May 2025. To complete the application process, candidates need to pay the application fees of INR 2000. The application process for M.V.Sc will start on 15 September 2025 and will end on 3 October 2025. 

To apply for OUAT PG programs, candidates must have completed a 4-year undergraduate degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences. Students who have done 5.5 years in B.V.Sc. & AH can also apply. Only students who fulfill this eligibility criterion can appear in the examination set to be conducted on 18 June 2025

OUAT PG 2025 Application Fee 

The last date to pay the OUAT PG 2025 application fee for the M.V.Sc program is 4 October 2025, and for other programs it was 26 May 2025. Candidates pay the category-wise application fee mentioned below through net banking, credit/debit card, and UPI. 

How to fill out OUAT PG Application Form 2025

Here is a step-by-step guide for candidates on how to fill out the OUAT PG 2025 application form:

Step 1. Visit the official website of OUAT PG 2025 at www.ouat.ac.in. 

Step 2. Go to the admission section and click on the “Candidate login”

Step 3. Then search for “Student login for online application of 2025 PG programs”

Step 4. Enter your email ID and mobile number. 

Step 5. An OTP will be sent to your mail ID and phone number. Log in again with this OTP.

Step 6. Fill in the required information and upload the document (e.g., passport size photo, signature) in the FORM A.

Step 7. Submit the application form and pay the fees using UPI, net-banking, or credit/debit cards.

Step 8. After the admit cards are released, candidates need to fill the FORM-B by uploading the OGPA/marks of the qualifying exam (e.g.10th& 12th marksheets, residential certificate, category certificate, and adhaar card )

OUAT PG 2025 Application Correction Window 

The OUAT PG 2025 correction window was open until 25 May 2025. Students can edit and change the information filled in the form in case of any error while filling the application form. Candidates can edit the information and uploaded documents to ensure that all of the details are correct and updated.

To edit the information, candidates need to log in to their accounts on the official website and re-enter the correct information. After the correction window is closed, students can not edit the uploaded information, so all of the candidates are advised to ensure that carefully check the application form before submitting.
