RUHS Admission 2025-26

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) has offered admissions for a wide range of UG, PG, Diploma, and Doctoral programs in the fields of Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Paramedical Sciences.

Similarly, Postgraduate programs, including MD, MS, MDS, M.Pharm, and M.Sc Nursing, require qualifying scores in RUHS CUET entrance exams, depending on the course. Diploma courses like D.Pharm and PhD programs follow a university entrance test along with an interview process for selection.

The admission process is conducted online, with applicants required to fill out the application form through the RUHS official website. The application fee varies depending on the program, between INR 1,000 for General and OBC candidates and INR 2,000 for SC/ST candidates.

RUHS UG Admission

A wide range of UG programs are offered by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences in multiple health and medical fields, including MBBS, BDS, BPharm, BSc Nursing, and Paramedical Sciences. The PG programs offered by the university include MD, MS, MDS, etc. Eligibility criteria vary by course but applicants must have completed their Graduate degree in health sciences or a relevant field with a minimum of 50%-55% marks. The fee structure for PG courses typically ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 20,00,000 per year.

RUHS PhD Admission

RUHS also offers PhD programs in various health science subjects, such as Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Paramedical Sciences. Admission to PhD courses requires candidates to pass a university-level entrance test, which includes a written exam and an interview.

Candidates who want to get admission into Ph.D courses, they must have completed their Master’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognised university (50% marks for the SC/ST/OBC/ and PwD candidates).

• For admission to MBBS and BDS: Candidates should have completed Class 12 education with PCB as core subjects from a recognised board. They must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category students).
• For B.Sc Nursing: Applicants must have passed Intermediate with PCB and English as compulsory subjects, securing at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Admission is based on an entrance exam conducted by RUHS.

Postgraduate Programs:

• Candidates must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50-55% total marks required in the qualifying degree.
• Admission to many PG programs is based on state or national-level entrance exams.

Diploma and Certificate Programs:

• Diploma Programs: Candidates must complete 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board, typically with a minimum of 45% marks.
• Certificate Programs: The eligibility depends on the specific certificate course, but many require Class 12 qualification or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
• Entrance Exam: Some programs may require a valid RUHS CUET entrance exam score.

Ph.D. Programs:

• Candidates must have a Master’s degree with at least 55% total marks from a recognized university. SC/ST/OBC/ and PwD candidates get a 5% relaxation in the required marks.
• Selection Process: Admission is based on an entrance test organised by RUHS, followed by an interview.
• Candidates must secure at least 40% marks in each section and a total of 50% to qualify for the interview.
