CBLU Admission 2025: Eligibility, Fees, Course

CBLU Admission 2025-26: Chaudhary Bansi Lal University (CBLU) has already started the admission process for UG and PG courses for the academic session 2025-26. The online form and fee submission start on 1 June 2025 and will close on 26 June 2025. In case students need to update the information. CBLU has also announced the admission schedule for the M. Pharmacy program 2025. The last date to submit the online admission form and pay the application fee is 8 July 2025. Candidates are required to complete the process before the deadline. If any corrections or updates are needed in the application form, candidates will be allowed to make changes on 9 and 10 July 2025.

CBLU is located in Bhiwani, Haryana. It was established in 2014 by the Government of Haryana to promote higher education and research. The university is approved by the UGC. Since its beginning, CBLU has been focused on offering good quality education through a variety of courses and programs.

CBLU offers a wide range of courses at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Phd levels, such as Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, B.A. English, BCA, M.Sc., LL.M, M.Pharmacy, etc. The University also offers a 5-year integrated course in streams like Mathematics and Physics. The annual fee of the UG, PG, and PhD ranges between INR 5,000 and INR 1,00,00.

CBLU Admission 2025-26

The UG and PG admission process has started from 1 June 2025. Students can fill out the online admission form. The last date to submit the form and fees online is 26 June 2025. The application fee is INR 400 (For the general Category) and INR 100 (For the reserved category)

The first, second, third, physical, and open counselling rounds for admission will be held from 2 July to 21 July 2025, alongside the fee payment. Admission for the UG, PG, and PhD courses is on the basis of merit or entrance exam, depending on the course.

To take admission in CBLU for a UG course, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised university. The PG program requires a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks. PhD applicants must require a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks in relevant disciplines.

CBLU UG Admission 

CBLU has started the admission process for various UG courses such as B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BBA, BCA, and B.Pharm, etc., from 1 June 2025. The last date to apply for UG admission is 26 June 2025.

The admission process for the UG program is conducted online. Candidates need to visit the official website, complete the application form, upload the required documents, pay the application fee, and then submit the form.

For the Bachelor of Liberal Arts course, students must have pass class 12 from a recognised board in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently abled categories of Haryana get some relaxation, and students must have at least 47.50% marks. Admission will be given on the basis of academic and admissible merit. The annual fee for the UG course is INR 11,190.

Similarly, for the Bachelor of Fashion Design course, students must have passed Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% marks. SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently abled candidates of Haryana need 47.50% marks to be eligible. This course also follows merit-based admission, and the annual fee is INR 20,830.

CBLU PG Admission

The admission process for Postgraduate (PG) courses such as M.A., M.Com, M.Sc, MBA, and M.Pharmacy at CBLU has started from 1 June 2025. The last date to apply for PG courses is 26 June 2025.

For admission to the MA program, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 45% marks. For SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently abled candidates of Haryana, a minimum of 42.75% marks is required. The annual fee for an MA in subjects like History and Political Science is INR 6,400.

For a 2-year M.Sc. Mathematics (2-year program), applicants must have completed a BA/B.Sc or any equivalent degree recognised by the State Universities of Haryana, with Mathematics as one of the core subjects. Candidates having a BA (Hons) or BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics are also eligible. Students must have at least 45% marks in aggregate, while SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently abled candidates of Haryana need a minimum of 42.75% marks. The annual fee for this course is INR 11,900.

CBLU PhD Admission

The university offers various PhD programs such as PhD in Zoology, Commerce, Management, History, and Political Science, etc. Students who wish to take admission in any of these streams must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject or an allied discipline. Candidates must have at least 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. A relaxation of 5% marks is provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) and differently-abled categories. 

CBLU Admission Form 2025

Admissions for the 2025–2026 session will be based on academic merit, entrance test, interaction, or interview (as applicable). The final merit list will be prepared based on marks in the qualifying exam, entrance test (if required), and any applicable weightage.

CBLU Eligibility Criteria

UG Programs: 

Bachelor of Commerce (Data Analytics): Students must have passed Class 12 exam with at least 50% marks (or 47.5% marks for SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only). Students must have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects from the Board of School Education Haryana, or any other recognised Board or University.

Bachelor of Fashion Designing: Candidates should have passed Class 12 examination from a recognised Board in any stream or subject with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate (47.50% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently abled candidates of Haryana only)

BA (Journalism and Mass Communication): Candidates should have passed the Class 12 examination from a recognised Board in any stream or subject with a minimum of 45 % marks in aggregate (42.75% in case of SC/ ST/ Blind/ Visually and Differently abled candidates of Haryana only)

BCA (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)*: The candidate must have passed the Class 12 examinations in any stream from a recognised board, or completed a 3-year diploma from a recognised technical board, or a 2-year ITI course.

PG Programs: 

MA (Hindi): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 45% marks overall (42.75% marks for SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only).

M.Sc Computer Science: Candidates must have completed graduation with Mathematics as one of the subjects, or any other equivalent exam recognised by a State University of Haryana, with at least 50% marks overall (47.5% marks for SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only).

Master of Law (LLM)*: Candidates must have an LLB degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks overall (47.5% marks for SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only).

52. Pharmacy (Industrial Pharmacy): Candidates must have a B. Pharmacy degree with at least 55% marks overall or any other examination recognised by CBLU Bhiwani. (52.25% marks for SC/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only).

PhD Programs: 

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject or a related field. Students must have secured at least 55% marks overall in their postgraduation studies. (50% marks for SC/ST/OBC-non-creamy layer/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only.)
