    AIM offers two-year full-time PGDM programmes in various Management fields. AIM's flagship programme is the PGDM General Programme.     AIM New Delhi Selection Criteria:

    They conduct various rounds of the selection process to assess the candidates in order to select the best students for their institution. Namely:

    • Commercial Awareness Assessment Problem Solving Skills

    • Discussion in Groups
    • Interview with a Person

    The PI is the final round of the selection process, during which the interviewing faculty attempts to understand the candidate's areas of interest and skills by evaluating him on various parameters such as career objectives, flexibility, decision making, self-awareness and management, general and business awareness, and so on.
