    MAT Exam Introduction

    Management Aptitude Test or MAT Exam is a national entrance test required for admission in top management colleges in India. It is conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for MBA/ PGDM admissions. The exam first starts in 1998 accepted by over 600 B-School in India.

    This test will check the candidate's general aptitude, mathematical skills, intelligence, critical reasoning, etc. The MAT Exam 2021 includes three different modes offline, online, and remotely proctored. Offline as Paper Based Test (PBT), online as Computer Based Test (CBT), and remotely proctored as Internet-Based Test (IBT).

    MAT Exam 2021 Eligibility

    Before filling the exam application form, candidates need to check the MAT Exam Eligibility. The examination is open for MBA Admission 2021 for candidates who wish to pursue different MBA programs. Therefore for applying candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognized institutes, final year candidates can also apply. Below is the basic eligibility that candidates should note before registration.

    • A minimum of 50% marks is required.
    • 45% marks for the reserved category.

    MAT Exam Pattern 2021

    The MAT Exam Pattern for the new session has three different modes in Computer Based Test, Paper Based Test, and Internet-Based Test. The test is conducted Online, Offline or Both and students can opt for one or both of them. The total number of questions asked in the examination is 200 and the time is 150 minutes to complete the examination.
