The Sankalchand Patel University (SPU) is a private university established by the Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal under the Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2016. • The course admission process for B.Tech., on the other hand, includes the candidate's GUJCET scorecard. The university administrative committee will create a merit list for the same.

For Postgraduate Courses: 

• The university admits candidates to its colleges on the basis of merit for postgraduate courses such as M.Com., M.Sc., M.Pharm., MBA, MCA, MDS, MCA, and so on. The university authority will create a merit list based primarily on the candidate's scores on the most recent graduate degree examination.

Doctoral Courses: 

• Sankalchand Patel University (SPU) offers a Doctoral programme in almost every specialisation, from technical to medical and management. Admission to the University's Ph.D. programme is based on an entrance test administered by the University, followed by an interview.
• The University will prepare a merit list for the interview process after the examination process is completed.

Almost all courses have a common admissions process:

• To avoid disqualification, candidates must apply for this course either offline or online by filling out an application (available on the website and at the college admission office) and submitting it to the college's administrative department before the deadline. The application form must be completely filled out and all required documents must be attached.
