At the undergraduate level, BLDE University (Deemed to be University) offers MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) and B.Sc. Medical Imaging Technology (MIT). The MBBS programme lasts 5 years and 6 months, while the B.Sc. programme lasts 3 years.

The university offers MD, MS, M.Sc, and M.CH degrees at the postgraduate level. Postgraduate programmes are three years long. The Institute also offers 12 Ph.D. programmes and Diploma courses in a variety of fields.

At the undergraduate level, BLDE (Deemed to be University) offers two courses: MBBS and B.Sc. There are 150 intakes for MBBS and 15 for B.Sc. Both courses require a class 12 in the science stream with at least 50% marks. The NEET Exam is used to determine admission.

BLDE University PG Admission

At the postgraduate level, BLDE offers MD, MS, M.Sc, and M.CH programmes that last three years. The basic requirement for postgraduate courses is a graduate degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable institute or university with a minimum of 50% marks. The selection for MD and MS programmes is based on NEET PG scores, whereas students for M.Ch and M.Sc programmes must take the BLDEU-SSET exam, which is administered by the university.

BLDE University MBBS Admission:

The university offers a 5.5-year MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) programme that includes a one-year internship.

Candidates interested in obtaining an MBBS degree from BLDE University must take the CBSE-conducted NEET common medical entrance exam. The applicants will be chosen based on their NEET scores and the subsequent online counselling. NEET applications can be submitted here.

BLDE University MD and MS Admission:

For candidates interested in furthering their studies in medicine, BLDE University also offers MD and MS courses. It provides a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with 13 specialisations. Candidates interested in pursuing a Master of Surgery (MS) degree can select from five different specialisation subjects. Both the MD and MS programmes are three years long.

BLDE University Ph.D Admission:

In addition to the programmes listed above, BLDE University offers Ph. D. and fellowship programmes. The university offers a Ph.D. with 16 different specialisation subjects, but only a Fellowship with five specialisations. The Ph.D. programme lasts a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years, while fellowships last from six months to one year, depending on the specialisation.

For the Ph. D. programme, applicants must have an MD/MS/MBBS degree. Candidates must pass the BLDEU-SSET entrance exam, which is administered by the university. The results of the entrance exam and an interview will be used to select a candidate.

An entrance test is also conducted for admission to Fellowship programmes.
