    Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced (JEE Advanced) is an educational exam which is held two times in a year in India. Which is conducted by the group of IITs in every seven zone under the supervision of Joint Admission Board (JAB). This is the pass for the admission in the top college of India which is IIT (Indian Institutes of Technology).

    There are total seven branches of IITs they are: IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi and IIT Guwahati. IIT uses the score of JEE-Advanced for the admission in there institute. Earlier in 2013 exam was called IIT-JEE later it named as JEE-Advanced.

    JEE-Advanced is a computer based exam. Exam includes the subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Math. This exam takes place for the admission of under-graduation in engineering, science and architecture. Students can only have maximum two attempts of the exam.

    JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2023

    Students need to clear the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced exam. They should clearly aware about the process of the exam and what kind of preparation they need to have before giving the exam. If, students do not the match the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for the exam. After clearing the JEE Main 2023 then only students can apply for JEE-Advanced 2023.     JEE-Advanced 2023 Exam Pattern

    In JEE-Advanced 2023 exam there will be 2 papers every one correct answer students will get +4 in section A, +3 in Section B and +3 in Section C of Paper 1. Every wrong answer will get deducted by -1 marks from section C, -2 marks From Section A and no negative marking for Section B. 

    In Paper 2 Section A you will get +4 for each correct answer and for Section B and C +3 for each correct answer. For every wrong answer in Section A -2 marks will be deducted and no negative marking for Section B and for every wrong answer in Section C -1 will be deducted. This is how JEE-Advanced 2023 exam pattern is going to work.

    JEE Advanced Syllabus 2023

    Syllabus for JEE-Advanced 2023 is bit vast. It is divided into four subjects Physics, Chemistry, AAT and Math. Syllabus is:

    PHYSICS

    General:

    Units and dimensions, dimension measures, Experiments, Ohm’s law.

    Mechanism:

    Kinematics in one and second dimensions, Newton’s Law of Motion, Law of Gravitation, Conversation of angular momentum, Hooke’s law, pressure in fluid.

    Thermal Physics:

    Expansion of solid, liquid and gases, Heat conduction, Newton’s law of cooling, Law of thermodynamics.

    CHEMISTRY

    Concept of atoms and molecules, Dalton’s atomic theory, balanced chemical equations, calculations.

    JEE Advanced Result 2023

    Only students can apply those who have eligible score in their class 12th for sitting in JEE-Advanced exam 2023. Students have to register themselves for the colleges they have to be in after getting the valid score in JEE-Advanced. They can choose any of the branch of IITs if there score matches the eligibility criteria given by the particular university.
