Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (RDIAS) is one of the top management colleges in Delhi NCR, affiliated with GGSIP University. It was founded in 1996 and is known for its top business and management education. This college also ranked 41st in The Times 2025 ranking list for MBA and PGDM programs. In addition to these achievements, this college also holds accreditation with an ‘A’ Grade by the NAAC. RDIAS also has global tie-ups with international institutes in Russia, Vietnam, and Bhutan, giving students a chance to experience cross-cultural learning. Admissions are open to UG and PG courses, and students can apply before August 2025 through the official website.
The college offers popular programs like MBA (2 years), BBA (4 years), and B.Com (Hons) (4 years). Each program is designed to give students both practical skills and theoretical knowledge with an affordable fee structure, which ranges from INR 2,80,000 to INR 3,25,000 per course. UG and PG admissions will be based on the CET and CAT Entrance Exam percentile. If seats remain, the college will consider CUET and CMAT scores, respectively. After completing the seat allocation process, if there are still vacant seats, admission will be through GGSIPU CET and PG CUET merit. The Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (RDIAS) in Delhi was founded in 1996 and is affiliated with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. RDIAS New Delhi BBA Admission:
RDIAS offers a three-year full-time undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration programme. The course is offered in two shifts, Shift 1 and Shift 2, with each accepting 120 students
Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination in any stream with 50% marks from a recognised board are eligible for the BBA programme.
Admission to this course is based on the results of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET).
GGSIU will provide counselling as part of the selection process.
RDIAS New Delhi MBA Admission:
RDIAS offers a full-time postgraduate programme lasting two years. The programme is offered in two shifts, Shift 1 and Shift 2, and students can choose between the two as they see fit. There are 180 seats available in each shift.

Eligibility: To be eligible for MBA course entry requirements, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology/other subjects with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board.

- Library-RDIAS library is a large repository of knowledge in terms of not only books but also the most recent IT-enabled facilities such as e-journals, audio-visual materials, CDs, Projects, Case Studies, Assignments, Journals, and so on, with an ideal learning environment. It is a fully air-conditioned, spacious, IT-enabled library with partitioned space for more than 70 students to study comfortably at the same time.
- IT Resources-RDIAS prioritises the use of technology in the classroom. Our computer centre and IT infrastructure enable Internet and Intranet access, allowing students and faculty members to learn at their own pace and time.
- Computer laboratories-RDIAS has one computer centre and three computer labs with over 150 Intel i3-based systems networked via Windows/Linux Server.
