The two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme at the ILM Graduate School of Management is available in both regular and part-time formats.

The minimum requirement for admission into the programme, which has a maximum enrollment capacity of 180 students, is a Graduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50%.

Additionally, applicants must have a current scorecard from the MAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, or ATMA. This will serve as the primary selection round shortlisting standard. Experience in the workforce will be valued as a plus. Students in their final year may also apply for the programme.

Candidates for a part-time PGDM programme must have at least 2 years of work experience following graduation or at least 1 year of experience following post-graduation.

The Executive PGDM programme at IILM GSM is available to working professionals with at least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience. To be eligible for the programme, graduates must have received a minimum of 50% of their possible points overall.

IILM GSM PGDM & Executive PGDM Selection Criteria:

• Candidates will be notified via email or phone if they were shortlisted.
• The admission test results that have been submitted would be used for shortlisting.
• For a one-on-one interview with the admission jury panel, they must appear in person at the institute with their original documents.
• Depending on the admissions committee's decision and availability, interviews can also be scheduled via phone or Skype.
• Successful candidates will be placed on a merit list, and each one must submit a registration fee of INR 90,000 as the seat acceptance fee by the deadline specified.
