Master's Union is a new-age business school founded in 2020 that offers a four-year Undergraduate Program and a sixteen-month Postgraduate Program in Technology and Business Management. All applicants must take the Masters' Union-Business Aptitude and Admissions Test as part of the admissions process (MU-BAAT). They are also invited to submit any genuine GMAT, GRE, CAT, or NMAT scores they may have. The MU-BAAT is a 90-minute computer-based test that is required of all PGP-TBM applicants. Final selections will be based on students' merit performance, scores in the MU-BAAT exam and other qualifying exams, essays, and case studies.

Admission to the MasterCamp programmes at Masters' Union is a two-step process. The first step is to submit the online application and the relevant documentation. Following that, the shortlisted individuals will be offered admission to the programme. Master's Union's programmes are taught by CXOs, MDs, notable public leaders, and even Members of Parliament, in addition to distinguished worldwide faculty from major B-schools who consult with Fortune 500 firms on a regular basis.

Masters' Union, a newcomer to the list of Indian B-Schools, has the highest average package among its peers. The average package is INR 33.10 LPA, which is 11.5% higher than the average package at leading IIMs and other top-ranked institutes. The highest package offered by the top 25% of employers was 44.5%.

Masters' Union has produced its placement report for the 2022 cohort, in which 58 recruiters took part. BCG, Bain, Accenture, Mckinsey, MakeMyTrip, Cred, Zerodha, Google, Microsoft, Cisco, and Tata were among the top recruiters. Brickworks India, which also audits IIM Ahmedabad's placement reports, reviewed and audited the 2022 cohort's placement report.
