The Mumbai Educational Trust founded a group of groundbreaking educational institutions that make up the MET campus in 1989. In addition to being affiliated with the University of Mumbai, DTE, AICTE, MSBTE, CII London, PCI, C-DAC - Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Tianjin University, China, Hawaii University, and the University of Mumbai, the institutes under MET also offer courses that have been approved by ISO.

In addition to other international courses, MET offers PG and Diploma programmes in the fields of management, mass media, pharmacy, and information technology.
